- Flights to/from Nepal
- Nepal visa ($25-50 USD depending on duration)
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
- Personal items (yoga mat, clothing, toiletries)

- Transportation within Pokhara (taxi, bike rental)
- Trekking if you choose to extend

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Student
- 60+days before training
Full refund minus 20% deposit

Deposit Policy: The 20% deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future training within 12 months if you cancel more than 30 days in advance.

In the unlikely event we cancel a training:
- Full 100% refund of all payments
- Option to defer to next available training
- We are not responsible for travel costs
Why we might cancel: Only for extreme circumstances (natural disaster, political instability, instructor emergency).
