Please read our booking and refund policy carefully before making any payments for our yoga programs.

1. Booking Policy
To secure your reservation for any of our yoga programs, an advance payment is required.
Advance Payment Requirement
A 20% deposit of the total program fee is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 80% is due upon arrival or as per agreed terms.
Booking Process
- Select your desired program from our offerings
- Calculate 20% of the total program fees
- Submit advance payment through our approved payment channels
- Receive booking confirmation from our team
- Pay the remaining balance as agreed upon arrival
2. Refund Policy
Important Notice: No Refund Policy
Yoga in Pokhara operates under a NO REFUND policy. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded due to regulatory restrictions.
Reason: Nepal Government and Nepal Rastra Bank regulations prevent sending money abroad, making international refunds impossible. This policy applies to all payments regardless of the payment method used.
3. Credit System (Alternative to Refunds)
While we cannot offer refunds, all payments are converted to account credit with the following terms:
Credit Validity
- Validity Period: 6 months from your planned visit date (not from payment date)
- Expiration: Credit expires 6 months after your originally scheduled arrival
- Extensions: No extensions are granted after expiration
How You Can Use Your Credit
- Reschedule to a new date within the validity period
- Book a different program of equal or lesser value
- Transfer to another participant (with prior approval from our team)
- Upgrade to a different program (additional payment may apply)
4. Rescheduling
If you need to change your dates, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within the 6-month credit validity window. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred dates.
5. Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we need to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, minimum participant requirements not met, etc.), we will offer you the choice of:
- Full credit toward a future program
- Transfer to an alternative program of equal value
- Rescheduling to the next available dates

- Confirm your commitment before making any payment
- Plan your dates carefully considering the 6-month validity window
- Contact us immediately if you need to reschedule
- Keep all receipts and booking confirmations safe
