This isn't a juice fast or trendy cleanse. Our Detox Retreat draws from traditional Shatkarma - the six cleansing practices of Hatha Yoga that have purified practitioners for centuries. Combined with sattvic (pure) diet and intensive yoga, this week creates profound renewal.

The body accumulates toxins from food, environment, and stress. The mind accumulates impressions and patterns. This retreat addresses both levels of purification, using traditional techniques proven over millennia.

The diet is light but not restrictive. You'll eat three meals daily plus herbal teas. The food is nourishing and delicious - just pure and simple. Most participants feel energized rather than depleted.
Yes, though some yoga experience is helpful. Cleansing practices are taught from basics. If you have health concerns, please discuss with us before booking.
We provide pre-retreat guidelines: reduce caffeine, processed food, and stimulants in the week before. This makes the transition smoother and the retreat more effective.
No caffeine or alcohol during the retreat. We provide herbal teas. Most participants find the natural energy from yoga and clean diet replaces their need for stimulants.
