Weather permitting, every session happens in nature. Morning yoga in a forest clearing as birds wake. Pranayama on a ridge with mountain views. Meditation by a sacred spring. The earth itself becomes your teacher.

Really nice spot to stay some days in Pokhara in between trekkings. Lovely yoga classes from Deepika 2 times a day. Oasis of peace with little garden in the center of Pokhara near the lakeside.

We have covered areas and an indoor studio as backup. Light rain can actually be beautiful to practice in. Heavy rain moves us indoors. The retreat continues regardless of weather.
Comfortable yoga clothes, layers for temperature changes, hat for sun, light rain jacket, sturdy walking shoes, water bottle. We provide mats and props.
Moderate walking to reach practice locations - typically 20-40 minutes. No technical hiking. Basic fitness sufficient. We choose accessible locations.
The Himalayan foothills have typical outdoor life. We choose clear, comfortable locations. Bring insect repellent if you're sensitive. No dangerous wildlife in our practice areas.
Yes! Outdoor yoga is accessible to all levels. The natural environment actually makes practice easier - fresh air, natural surfaces, inspiring views. Modifications always available.
