Yoga Retreats in Pokhara

Escape to transformative yoga retreats with stunning mountain views. From weekend resets to week-long immersions, reconnect with yourself in peaceful Ghachowk.

More Than Just a Yoga Vacation

A yoga retreat should be transformative, not just pleasant. Our retreats in peaceful Ghachowk are designed to create lasting change - in your practice, your mind, and your approach to daily life. The Himalayan setting isn't just beautiful backdrop; it's an active participant in your transformation.

Unlike retreats in commercial tourist areas, our Ghachowk location offers genuine peace. No bar noise competing with meditation. No tourist hustle breaking your concentration. Just village quiet, mountain presence, and focused practice with Indian Himalayas Ashram trained instructors.

Nepal offers what India and Bali cannot: authentic yoga tradition without overwhelming chaos (unlike India's cities), genuine spiritual depth without commercial veneer (unlike Bali's wellness tourism), and the unique energy of the world's highest mountains.

Ready to become a teacher? Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is the perfect next step after a retreat. Want to try classes first? Explore our yoga classes in Pokhara.

What Makes Our Retreats Special

Mountain Energy

Practice with direct views of Annapurna and Machhapuchhre. The presence of the world's highest peaks creates an energy that transforms practice. Morning meditation with sunrise over snow peaks.

Authentic Teaching

Traditional yoga from instructors trained in Indian Himalayas Ashrams. Complete practice including philosophy, not just physical postures. This is real yoga, not wellness tourism.

Genuine Peace

Ghachowk village offers what Lakeside tourist areas cannot: real quiet. No restaurant noise, no tourist bustle. Just birds, wind, and the space that meditation requires.

Small Groups

Maximum 8 participants per retreat. Personal attention, individual adjustments, and space for questions. Community without overwhelm.

Affordable Value

Nepal's cost of living means high-quality retreats at fraction of Bali or Western prices. Your budget stretches further without sacrificing authenticity.

WiFi is available at our center, though we encourage digital detox during retreats. Mobile data works well in Pokhara and most of Ghachowk. Some remote trekking areas have limited connectivity - consider this a feature, not a bug!
Inform us when booking and your teachers upon arrival. Our instructors are trained to modify practices for various conditions. Yoga can be adapted for almost anyone - we'll help you find safe variations. Some retreats (like Ayurvedic Healing) specifically address therapeutic needs.
