Our Ghachowk yoga center offers daily classes for all levels - from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Unlike crowded studios in tourist-heavy Lakeside, our classes happen in peaceful village surroundings with direct views of the Annapurna range.

Each class is led by instructors trained in Indian Himalayas Ashrams. This isn't fitness yoga - it's authentic practice including proper alignment, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. The traditional methods we teach have been refined over centuries.

Yoga Classes FAQs

We offer traditional Hatha yoga, dynamic Vinyasa flow, structured Ashtanga practice, gentle Yin yoga, and specialized classes for beginners and trekkers. All taught by instructors trained in Indian Himalayas Ashrams.
Not at all! We have beginner-friendly classes specifically designed for newcomers to yoga. Our instructors provide modifications and personal attention to help you learn proper alignment from the start.
Contact us for current class pricing and package options. We offer drop-in classes, multi-class passes, and monthly options. All classes include mat, props, and filtered water.
We offer 5 daily classes: 6 AM sunrise Hatha, 8 AM Ashtanga, 10 AM beginner class, 4 PM Vinyasa, and 6 PM restorative/evening yoga. Classes run 7 days a week.
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking at least a day ahead for popular sunrise sessions and during peak tourist season (October-November, March-April). Contact us via WhatsApp or email to reserve.
We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets. Just bring comfortable clothing that allows movement, water (filtered water available), and an open mind. For morning classes, bring a light layer.
Our classes are held at our Ghachowk center, about 30 minutes from Lakeside Pokhara. The peaceful village setting with direct Himalayan views provides the ideal environment for authentic yoga practice.
