Really nice spot to stay some days in Pokhara in between trekkings. Lovely yoga classes from Deepika 2 times a day. Oasis of peace with little garden in the center of Pokhara near the lakeside.

For Poon Hill: moderate fitness sufficient - expect 4-6 hours walking daily on trails. For ABC: good fitness required - 6-8 hours daily at increasing altitude. Ghachowk hikes: flexible difficulty, adaptable to your fitness.
We provide lightweight travel mats. On longer treks, mats are carried by porters. Sometimes we practice on natural surfaces - grass, smooth rock - which has its own beauty.
Yes - we adapt to trail conditions. Morning sessions focus on leg preparation and back care. Sequences are modified for altitude and fatigue. The practice serves the trek.
Mountain lodges (teahouses) with basic but clean rooms, shared bathrooms. Hot meals provided. Comfortable but not luxurious - this is authentic trekking.
October-November (post-monsoon) has clearest views and pleasant temperatures. March-May (pre-monsoon) offers warmth and rhododendron blooms. We can arrange treks year-round except peak monsoon.
