Authentic Yoga in the Heart of the Himalayas

Our Ghachowk yoga center teaches yoga for all levels — from complete beginners to advanced practitioners — but as part of immersive retreats and teacher training, not one-off daily classes. Unlike crowded studios in tourist-heavy Lakeside, practice here happens in peaceful village surroundings with direct views of the Annapurna range.

Every session is led by instructors trained in Indian Himalayas Ashrams. This isn't fitness yoga — it's authentic practice including proper alignment, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. The traditional methods we teach have been refined over centuries.

Whether you're drawn to energizing morning practice, restorative evening yoga, or specialized work for trekking preparation, the styles below show what you'll practise on a retreat or training with us.
