Daily Yoga Classes in the Mountains
Our Ghachowk yoga center offers daily classes for all levels - from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Unlike crowded studios in tourist-heavy Lakeside, our classes happen in peaceful village surroundings with direct views of the Annapurna range.
Each class is led by instructors trained in India at traditional ashrams. This isn't fitness yoga - it's authentic practice including proper alignment, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. The traditional methods we teach have been refined over centuries.

Classes run 7 days a week. All times are Nepal Standard Time (NST). Private sessions available by arrangement.
Sunrise Hatha
